Happy Father's Day!

To all the fathers out there,  I wanted to congratulate you for a job well done. 

Being a father is the most amazing job in the whole world. With all the difficulties a father went through in his life, it is a struggle to overcome all the demands in the life of overrated expectations and risks. It is not a burden but a gift. A gift that no one deserves better than a man who would give his life and dreams in a pursuit to the happiness his family needs. And because of the courage a man displays towards his family, though he is hurting inside for not achieving the hopes and plans he wants for his family, it is a heroic thing to consider.

Today, may we remember that life is not a bed of roses to our father but a life full of thorns that our father would risk holding just to protect us from pricking our fingers and have a bloody hands. May we remember that life is not always a fairy tale for our father that would simply live a life like a king and have all the servants to do his commands, Fatherhood would never be a brave task to fight and kill the beast that would kill us but simply tame the most wildest animal on earth. 

And it would never be a fairy tale for all the father including mine to have a happy ending but though at the end, sad stories and unhappy ending is what he sees, he would still be there for us and I know in my heart, he would never forsake us or leave us.

I only have one prayer for my Father and I know God is listening.

I pray and hope that during my wedding day, he would walk with me towards the altar and be my first and last dance.

Because..He is simply the man I will always love..till Forever do us apart.
